Service Description
We create customized menus for a coursed out fine dining experience. This is priced per person, may be additional charges for premium ingredients and courses. A 30% deposit is required to book.
Cancellation Policy
To book, a 30% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your event date and covers initial planning. The final balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. Client Cancellations: 14 or more days before the event: The deposit is non-refundable, but any other payments will be refunded. 7 to 13 days before the event: The deposit is non-refundable, any other payments that go toward groceries and equipment may not be refunded if they have already been committed. Less than 7 days before the event: No refunds will be issued due to commitments made for food and preparation. Chef Cancellations: If Chef Indi must cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit. Every effort will be made to assist in finding a suitable replacement chef.
